Delivery Locations

We currently deliver exclusively across the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Each order is handled locally to ensure authenticity, freshness, and secure delivery.

We do not currently offer international shipping. Deliveries are accepted within the UAE only.

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery — UAE: Reliable delivery available across all UAE locations.

Same-Day Delivery: Available in select areas, subject to availability and order cut-off times. If eligible, this option will be visible at checkout.

Standard delivery within the UAE is typically completed within 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch. Same-day delivery, where available, is completed on the day of order placement subject to cut-off times. All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Proof of Delivery

All deliveries require confirmation by the registered customer at the time of handover. Our courier will obtain a signed or confirmed proof of delivery for every shipment. Fragrance Gallery retains proof of delivery records for all orders. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier will attempt redelivery or contact you using the details provided at checkout.
