Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of fragrances:

Opened or used perfumes are NOT eligible for return or exchange

Gifted items are NOT returnable or exchangeable

Only unused, unopened products in their original packaging are eligible
Accepted Return Scenarios
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

Manufacturing defect
In these cases, the product will be replaced or refunded, subject to inspection and stock availability.

Cancellation Policy
Our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, we are here to help.
Cancellation Time Frame & Conditions
Cancellations must be requested within the same day of placing your order, subject to the following cut-off times:
• Daytime orders (placed before 4:00 PM): Cancel by 4:00 PM on the same day
• Evening/Night orders (placed at or after 4:00 PM): Cancel by 12:00 AM (midnight) on the same day
Cancellations are only accepted if the order has not yet been marked as dispatched. Once the order status is updated to “Dispatched,” a cancellation charge equivalent to the delivery fee will apply. Once you receive a shipment notification by email, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further assistance.
Replacement Conditions
A replacement may be requested in place of a refund, provided the cancellation is made within the above time window and payment has already been processed. Replacements are subject to product availability.
How to Cancel
Step 1 — Notify Us

Step 2 — Confirm Your Preference
Once we confirm that your cancellation is accepted, please indicate whether you prefer a refund or a replacement. If no payment has been made, no further action is required from your end.
Step 3 — Refund Processing
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout. You will be notified by email once your refund or replacement has been processed. Please allow up to 15 days for the transfer to be completed during busy periods.
